Springfrog's Privacy Statement

Springfrog's member registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address).  Your contact information will not be shared with advertisers, vendors, marketing groups.  No other third party will be provided with your information unless Springfrog is requested by law enforcement agencies to provide such information.  Springfrog may only use your contact information to contact you when necessary, for example regarding service updates and announcements.

Springfrog's search engine results, and other links, may link to other sites. Springfrog is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites.

Springfrog uses cookies at certain points in the web site.  A cookie is a small data file that is stored on your computer when you visit our site.  A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses.  A cookie can not read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Springfrog uses cookies to identify your member ID when you visit Springfrog so that you receive an entry into the Prize Draw for each visit (subject to Prize Draw terms and conditions).  Cookies are used to identify who referred a visitor to Springfrog so the referrer can be credited with further Prize Draw entries and affiliate program commissions.  Springfrog may also use cookies to provide you with your own preferences when you visit Springfrog, for example your preferred news headlines and other preferences. We do not use cookies to store passwords or any personal information about you.

Springfrog uses a third party order form from our credit card processing company, www.worldpay.com for customers place orders.  We are not responsible for the privacy policy of www.worldpay.com.

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to prevent fraud and to administer our Web site.

Members may update and correct personal data from the appropriate page within the password protected member area.

We run a Prize Draw on our site in which we ask members for contact information (like their email address). The member's contact information is used to contact the member when necessary, for example to inform winning members of their own success and regarding service updates and announcements.  Winning members' initials and city of residence will be published on Springfrog but full addresses will not be made public.
