Reva G-Wiz Electric Car Jigsaw Puzzle

Known as the Reva G-Wiz in the United Kingdom, or the REVAi in other parts of the world, this cute little vehicle was the word's best selling electrc car until the latter part of 2009. It is made by Mahindra REVA Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd, a company based in India, and introduduced to the UK in 2001 where it sells for around £8,000 to £10,000,

The car has 3 doors including its hatchback, and can seat two adults in the front seats. The rear seats can accommodate two children or the back seats can fold down to create a space for carrying extra baggage. Overall the car's dimensions are 2.6 metes in length, 1.3 metres wide and 1.5 metres high. The bodywork is made from lightweight and dent-proof plastic panels. The car weighs 745 kilograms and can carry a combined passenger, driver and cargo load of 270 kg.

Driven by an alternating current electric motor and supplied with eight 6 volt lead-acid batteries giving 48 volts in total, the RG-wiz's top speed is 50 miles per hour (80 km/h) and it can travel 50 miles (80 kilometers) on one full recharge, although if the heater is turned on it will attain nearer 40 miles on one charge. The maximum 13 kilowatts equates to 17 horsepower. A full recharge takes 6 horse and can be done using a standard domestic electric power supply (230 volts at 13 amps in the UK). The engine is located in the rear of the vehicle, providing rear wheel drive.
